Sure, Sure - FINE to Treat Your MOTHER Like a Terrorist!

For Supporting Trump

The son mentioned in this post (very lengthy, but read it anyway) is a cowardly piece of $hit.

He would allow his MOTHER - the woman who gave birth to him, moved a long distance to be closer to him, and is very generous with giving up her time - for FREE - to help him, and his wife (who is nagging him about this!) with child care.

But, sure, allow people not related to her in any way (the $hit Relatives of his Virago Wife!) to harass her, insult her, and try to force her out of any family gathering - all because she voted (twice) for Trump.

And she DARES to keep her opinions, and her most recent vote, to herself!

How DARE she!

My view - a man with BALLS would tell his wife and her Leftist family to:

• Shut up

• Leave his home if they won’t treat his mother with courtesy

Look, I get it.

You’ve known these people for a long time. They started out as fairly normal, but, gradually morphed into paid-up members of The Crazed Leftist Cult.

But, you still care for them. They seem to be kind, decent people - as long as others in the group are not THOSE AWFUL FASCISTS.

What is a Fascist, according to The Left?

Someone who DARES to express a different opinion. Someone who DARES to vote for another candidate. Someone who doesn’t follow the crowd.

That’s it. And, it’s a pretty pathetic way to characterize opposition, however reasoned and legal.

There are quite a few people who need to get a grip. Who need to look into some mood-stabilizing meds, if they cannot let go of their RAGE.

I do understand being unhappy about an election. I understand being concerned about an administration that seems to be ignoring Constitutional rights.

But, there is a process - a darned good one, too - to use to settle these questions. While waiting for that result, it’s appropriate to provide succor - financial and emotional support - for those who have, in your opinion, been unjustly treated by the government.

It does NOT involve smashing windows, burning down businesses and government buildings, and attacking your opponents (or PRESUMED opponents) on the street.

Nor SWATTING, issuing bomb threats (or even bombing), hitting people who attempt to video your illegal acts, beating up on bystanders, or other truly disgusting crimes that too many offenders have resorted to.

All in the name of LOVE, PEACE, and the HIGH MORAL GROUND, of course.

Now, most people don’t do any of the above - it truly is only a fraction that overstep the line dividing civilized people from vandals.

However, if someone sees what is happening, and excuses it - perhaps on the grounds of ‘passion’ about their cause - they are just as complicit as those that commit the overt act.

The phrase Mea Culpa is often mistranslated as “I’m guilty”.

It’s more complicated than that.

A better translation is “I am culpable” - that, either by my actions, or my inaction in the face of wrong, I am a part of that sin/crime.

Think about it, but don’t dwell on it to the extent that it ruins your weekend. Enjoy your family/friends, and resolve to Be Better next year.
