This is not accidental, happenstantial, or unintended.
The Left, and their Paid-For Politicians, are out to destroy our country. After which, The Left’s favorite Dictatorial Left Countries are going to be invited in, by those same politicians, to “straighten the Evil, Racist Satan out”.
Our New Overlords (ONO - same as the Old Overlords) will - TEMPORARILY - collaborate with minorities to get their people in control and - if not already accomplished - disarm the population.
After that, ONO will lower the boom on the Quisling Americans/Residents who helped them take over.
The Normals will be of two minds about this:
Really satisfying to see the traitors get their just rewards
Oh, $hit! Now, it’s gonna hit the fan!
It is for this point that preps were made. Most of us don’t expect the minorities to go down quietly. I do think that the number of weapons held by Black/other POC will surprise them. Hopefully, long enough for the rest of us to summon the Minutemen.

I have spent YEARS trying to get people to understand the dangers of ignoring the decay of the Republic. And, while most of them actually agree with me about the most flagrant abuses of power, they self-soothe with the mantra, “Eh, it will all work out”.
I’m generally an optimistic person, but this is no time to emulate Pollyanna. The Left is coming out of the “I’m just a regular Democrat/Progressive/Liberal” closet, and The Normals and the Normal Adjacent are beginning to ask questions.
Those questions are being answered, “Shut Up! Hateful Peasant!”
I dunno. I didn’t get a fancy, expensive degree from an Elite university, but that just doesn’t seem like a strategy designed to bring the wavering on board.
